The work of Haji Shihali Feizullazadeh, who was engaged in educational activities at the beginning of the 20th "Tazkiratul-ovlia" was published.

The book was prepared on the basis of a printed copy of the work, which was published in the "Achig sos" electronic printing press in 1917, which was stored in the Institute of Manuscripts after Muhammad Fizuli of ANAS.

In the work written in the Ottoman dialect by the director of the madrassah "Saadet" Haji Shihali Feizullazade, functioning in Baku in the beginning of the last century, information about the life and activities of fourteen sinless people was reflected.

The book was prepared for publication by the employee of the Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fizuli of ANAS Haji Rauf Sheikhzamanli.
