"The Spectrum of the Caspian Sea or the Spectrum of the Caspian Sea" book by Poet-publicist Elbayi Jalaloglu was published by "Europe" publishing house.

This documentary study describes academician Ramiz Mammadov’s life and creativity, outstanding scientist, laureate of the State Prize, Director of the Institute of Geography of ANAS and his scientific activity. A number of interesting points related to the Caspian Sea are disclosed.
