Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The 1st issue of "Works of the Institute of Linguistics" journal was published.

The editor-in-chief of the journal, published by publishing house "Science and Education" is the director of the Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi ANAS, academician Naghisoylu Mohsun.

About 40 articles are included in the sections of the journal devoted to history and dialectology, modern Azerbaijani language and terminology, theoretical linguistics and Turkic languages.

Thus, in the new issue, readers acquainted the following articles: "On the sources that enriched the Azerbaijani Turkic in the Middle Ages", "The material and spiritual dictionary in the dictionary composition of the epic Kitabi-Dede Gorkud", "Processes occurring in language in the era of globalization: modern language picture and a new look at the spelling rules", "On the regulation of the spelling rules of the Azerbaijani language","A glance at the history of the development of computer linguistics", "Homogeneous words in the world languages".
