Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Director of the Institute of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry of ANAS PhD in agricultural sciences Emrah Mammadov attended in the Session of the General Assembly of the European Geo-sciences Union (European Geo-sciences Union (EGU) General Assembly), held in Vienna (Austria). At the meeting, which was attended by more than 12,000 researchers from 100 countries, A.Mamedov made the report on “Dependence of modular and structural stability of soils on use of polymers and on the unit size”. There were an exchange of views on the report and was decided to continue the cooperation in this field. With the aim of establishing academic relationships Institute of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry of ANAS with world-renowned research institutions, as well as the development of joint projects, meetings were organized with representatives of Michigan, University of California USA, Austrian University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Ruhr University in Germany, etc.
