The autumn issue of the French scientific journal “Innovations regionals” published an article by the director of ANAS Institute of Manuscripts, academician Teymur Karimli and head of the Department of International Relations, Ph.D. in history Nigar Babakhanova.

The article “Manuscript: The greatest miracle in the hands of man” (“ Manuscrit: Une des plus grandes merveilles de la main”) examines the activities of the institute, the collection, study and protection of ancient manuscripts, and work with them.

It also discusses the organization’s international relations, as well as relationships with authoritative organizations such as UNESCO, the International Society of Manuscripts and the Society of Islamic Manuscripts.
