A methodical edition "From the idea to the presentation of the project in HORİZON - 2020" published

The publication has been prepared by the Institute of Control Systems for scientists to participate in the European Union Research and Innovation Program.

The publication has been prepared by the Institute of Management Systems for scientists who will participate in the European Union Research and Innovation Program.

The book was prepared the co-authorship of the head of the Department of Foreign Relations and Innovations, National Representative on the law and the aspect of the program, "Horizon - 2020", PhD in Engineering Tofig Babayev, Khalid Melikov, Sevinj Babayeva and Vasif Hasanov.

The methodology includes information on the structure and parts of "HORİZON - 2020", registration process and the creation, as well as the presentation of projects, as well as a list of national representatives in various fields.
