The publication was written under the co-authorship of the head of the Department of problems of business and monopolism regulation under the Institute of Economy, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Tabriz Aliyev and master of Baku University of Business Aytan Abdurrahmanova.

The book scientific editor is Tabriz Aliyev, reviewers are Professor Ganimat Safarov, Assistant Professors Rahim Sadigov and Ismail Hasanov.

The monograph analyzes the types of control functions, principles of organization, stages of research, the current state of organization of a function in the petrochemical industry, its regulatory and technical support and standardization based on statistical, preliminary and reporting data.

The publication is intended for oil, professionals, project managers, undergraduates and doctoral students.
