Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The 27th issue of the scientific-publicist journal "Azerbaijani carpets" of "Azer-Ilma" and the Presidium of ANAS has been published.

The journal, which is among the scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on art criticism and history specialties, includes author's essays, interviews, scientific articles covering official chronicles, art criticism, historiography, different national applications.

This issue includes academician Isa Habibbeyli's "Nakhchivan-Islamic Capital of Culture", doctor in history, prof. Vidadi Muradov's "Gobustan diary", doctor of art criticism, prof. Kubra Aliyeva's "Zoomorphous Ceramics in the Caucasian Albania", PhD in history Javid Bagirzadeh's "Ganja Carpet-Chahud factory", Ph.D. in history Ramil Agayev's "The borders of Azerbaijan and the population of the Arab Caliphate in the description of Ibn Khaldun", Ph.D. in history Yashar Rahimov's bok "On the history of Duzdag in 1901-1907" others’ articles.

Editor-in-chief of the journal is Honored Art Worker, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Vidadi Muradov.
