Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The monograph of the leading researcher of the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS, deputy chairman of the Georgian Jewish community Moisey Bekker’s "The national policy of Azerbaijan in the early 20th century" (in the example of the Jewish community) in the Russian language has been published.

The scientific editor of the book is the director of the institute, doctor of law Ayten Mustafazadeh.

The article gives a detailed look at the issues of participation of representatives of the Jewish ethnic group in the political, economic and social life of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic on the basis of documents of the AR State Historical Archive, as well as materials of periodical press.
