President of the Montenegro Academy of Science and Art (MASA), Professor Dragan Vukchevich visited the Institute of Economy of ANAS.

The director of the institute, Professor Nazim Imanov, welcomed the guest and informed him about the scientific-research carried out in his scientific institution.

At the meeting, discussions were held on innovative studies of the Institute of Economy, assessment of the level of liberalism and air circulation of the economy and the determination of the astana indicators of the transition to the post-oil economy, and noted that these studies are of great importance for the international expert community.

In addition, they exchanged views on the subject of complex research on "Directions of further improvement of the position of Azerbaijan in socio-economic development and international ratings" envisaged in the Institute of Economy of ANAS in 2019-2021.

Academician Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, academician Shahin Mustafayev, Head of International Relations Department of the CIS countries, Doctor of Philosophy in Political Sciences Ruslan Gasimov and Head of International Relations Department of the Institute of Economy, phD in economy Rufat Efendiyev also attended the event.
