Interparliamentary Friendship Group of Saudi Arabia-Azerbaijan has been to the Institute of Oriental Studiesnamed after academician Ziya Bunyadov.

Chairman of Interparliamentary Friendship Group of Saudi Arabia-Azerbaijan Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Nasser met with director of the institute Professor Govhar bakhshaliyeva.

Saudi Arabia Ambassador to Azerbaijan Musayid bin Ibrahim as Suleym also attended the meeting.

G.Bakhshaliyeva talked about researches in Arabic and Islamic Studies at the institute made guests acquainted with the works recently published.

It links with research centers of the Institute, spoke about a number of Arab countries, many universities and memorandums on cooperation was signed. Such meetings will give an impetus to the expansion of scientific relations between the two countries.

Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Nasser were pleased being at the institute and Institute of Oriental Studies and expressed hope that for the expansion of scientific relations.
