Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan announces the Republican competition "Young chemists in science" on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the establishment of D.Mendeleyev's Periodic Table.

Young chemists aged up to 35 years, nominated by Active and correspondent members of ANAS, as well as scientific councils of scientific and higher educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan, can take part in the competition.

The following documents must be submitted to the Department of Chemical Sciences of ANAS by May 25, 2019:

- Application on behalf of ANAS;

- Presentation on candidate nomination (detailed information about the candidate and his / her scientific achievements) or extract from the Scientific Council's protocol;

- approved list of scientific works;

- Copy of participation documents in scientific events, competitions, etc.;

- personal information (CV).

The winnings will be awarded in accordance with the following procedure:

- I place - 1000 manats;

- II place - 700 manats;

- III place - 500 manats.
