Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The 2nd International Scientific Conference "Mathematical Transactions and Applications" was held in Istanbul, Turkey, jointly organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics (IMM) of ANAS and Yildiz Technical University.

The conference was attended by the department head of IMM, correspondent member of ANAS Bilal Bilalov and senior researcher of that enterprise, PhD in mathematics, docent Miqdad Ismayilov.

At the plenary session of the event, B.Bilalov made a report on "Riman issue in weighted Smirnov classes with strong weight" and M.Ismayilov made a report on the "Basis properties of exponential and trigonometric systems in Grand-Lebeq spaces".

He also met with scientists from Russia, Georgia, Canada and other countries to exchange views on expanding mutual scientific ties.
