Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Meeting was held with Georgi Vadimovich Vilinbachov, Dr. History deputy director of Russian State Hermitage Museum at the Presidium of ANAS.

While meeting, vice-president of ANAS director of the Institute of Literature acad. Isa Habibbayli made speech on historical roots of Azerbaijan-Russia academic ties, and key academic directions of academy’s scientific institutions in the humanitarian filed. Expressing his gratitude for kind greeting, G. Vilinbachov stated that, further cooperation between two countries will be enhanced.

Within the frame of the meeting, Musa Guliyev, PhD in History senior scientific worker of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archaeology, ANAS Nakhchivan Department spoke about held researches, and stated his willingness to continue studies related to Nakhchivan at archives of Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg as well.
