Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

“ANAS Transactions, Earth Sciences” journal of ANAS Division of Earth Sciences has been released.

Editor-in-chief of the journal, publishing at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, is president of ANAS academic Akif Alizadeh.

Journal’s current issue embraces following papers – “Isotope-geochemical characteristics of hydrocarbons on the north-western flank of South Caspian basin”, “Dangerous atmospheric events: a new physical-mathematical approach”, “Results of archaeo-geophysical methods on Alkhantepe archeological monument (Azerbaijan territory), “3D geophysical model of near surface structure of the Dashgil mud volcano”, “Features of seasonal changes of the Caspian Sea level”, and “The influence of transcontinental railroads on the geopolitical and economic situation of Azerbaijan”.

Note that, journal releasing since 1958, can be read in Azerbaijani, Russian and English from website www.journalesgia.com in online version. References to the journal compiles 90 countries of the whole world, including Eurasia, North and South America, Australia, South and North Africa.
