Vladimir Bogdanov, a senior fellow of the Institute of Plant and Animal Ecology of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (REA), was a guest of the Institute of Zoology of the ANAS.
The scientist made a report on "Research in the Arctic Institute of the Institute of Plant and Animal Ecology", spoke about the biodiversity of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Arctic region, the environmental conditions of the area, the impact of natural and anthropogenic factors on the fauna and flora.
Later, extensive discussions were held around the topic and questions were responded.
