The event was dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the famous archaeologist at Gobustan National Historical and Art Reserve, researcher of Gobustan monuments, chief researcher of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS, PhD in History Firuza Muradova.

In advance, director of the Gobustan National Historical and Art Reserve Vugar Isayev spoke about the invaluable services of Firuza Muradova in the study and study of rock depictions of the national wealth of our people.

Then, vice-president of ANAS academician Isa Habibbayli spoke about the scientist's life, scientific researches and contributions to the archeology of Azerbaijan. Vice-president of ANAS highly appreciated the tireless scientific activity of the archeologist.

At the event, director of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography, Doctor of Historical Sciences Maisa Rahimova spoke about the effective work of the scientist and said that she researched archaeological cultures based on the remains of Gobustan material culture.

It is noted that Firuza Muradova is the author of more than 100 scientific works, including "Bronze Age in Gobustan", "Petroglyphs of Gobustan" and "Kichikdash Monuments".

Speaking at the ceremony, corresponding member of ANAS Veli Aliyev, Professor Abbas Seyidov, PhD in History Farhad Guliyev and others congratulated F.Muradova on her 85th anniversary and wished her success in activity.

Later a video showing the life and activities of the scientist was shown.

Finally, F.Muradova was presented the Honorary Decree and Gifts on behalf of the Gobustan National Historical and Art Reserve.
