Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Institute of Petrochemical Processes named after Acad. Y. Mammadaliyev of ANAS held a scientific and educational contest "Open laboratory work", dedicated to the Day of Russian Science.

In an event organized by the non-governmental organization Laboratory for Educational Projects and the Russian Information and Cultural Center in Baku, students tested their knowledge in astronomy, anthropology, biology, geography, physics, and chemistry.

The winners of the competition were students of secondary school No. 27 Rasul Jafarov, Nijat Farajzade, as well as students of secondary school No. 189-190 Shakhin Alakbarov, Alina Tikhonenko and Fuad Nagiyev.

In the end, students visited the Yusif Mammadaliyev Memorial Museum at the institute.
