Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

ANAS Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli has re-published a book entitled “Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev in the Mirror of His Time”.

The editor of the publication reflecting the life and activity of the famous Azerbaijani millionaire, philantropist Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev, is Ph.D. in History Nigar Gozalova, editors and transphoneliterators of the text are Ph.D. Akram Bagirov, Abulfaz Hashimoghlu, and Doctor of Philological Sciences Pasha Karimov. Akram Baghirov also has translated texts from Persian, prepared the dictionary and index of names.

The book includes work by social-political figure Nariman Narimanov, dubbed "Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev's fifty years of public service and community service" published in 1900, “Philantropist Mr. Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev’s biography” work probably published by Akhund Yusif Talibzade and published in 1903 and selections from “Himmal ar-rijal” two volume book, published in 1904-1906.

Publishing for the first time in 1993, the edition was reprinted, enhanced its vocabulary of Arabic-Persian words and added photographs.
