Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Rector of Tashkent State University of the Uzbek language and literature after Alisher Navoi, Professor Shukhrat Sirozhiddinov, deputy chair of the Uzbekistan Writers’ Union Nodir Tonurgu, Professors Nurbay Jabborov, Bogizhon Tokhliev and Olimjon Davlatov visited the Institute of Manuscripts.

The guests were provided detailed information about the written monuments protected by the scientific enterprise, scientific research works, new publications, including they visited the Exhibition Hall Manuscript Storages, Electronic Resources Department, Restoration and Conservation Laboratory and closely monitored the organization of the manuscript protection, reproduction, electronicization and displaying.

At the end of the event, the Uzbek guests were presented with some of the latest publications of the Institute of Manuscripts.
