Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The book "Geomorphology and environment" authored by the head department of the Institute of Geography named after H.A Aliyev, Doctor of Geographical sciences Huseyn Khalilov, has been published.

The publication contains scientific, in part, popular science articles on a number of problems of geomorphology, especially the relationship between relief and the environment. The articles cover the development of geomorphological science in Azerbaijan, the impact of relief on environmental conditions in terms of its environmental-forming function etc.

The aid is intended for specialists in the field of earth sciences and teachers and students of universities, as well as a wide range of readers.
