The presentation of the first volume of the book "Literary-art language and linguistic researches" by the leading researcher of the Linguistics Department of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, Ph.D. in Philology, Associate Professor Zulfiya Ismayil was held at the Nakhchivan Division of ANAS.

Opening the event, chairman of the Division, academician Ismayil Hajiyev spoke about the historical services of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the worthy place of the Azerbaijani language among world languages, the purposeful measures taken by President Ilham Aliyev to promote the Azerbaijani language. Recalling the important state documents signed in this field in different years, he noted that the language policy was successfully continued in Nakhchivan.

He noted that the first volume of Zulfiya Ismayil's book "Literary-art language and linguistic researches" presented to the public covers topical issues of the Azerbaijani language and linguistics.

Then, Director of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, corresponding member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev delivered a lecture on "Decent contribution to Nakhchivan studies: Literary-art language and linguistics researches" was listened.

Then the head of the Linguistics Department of the Institute, Ph.D. in Philology, Associate Professor Nuray Aliyeva and researcher of the Department of Folklore, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology Ayten Jafarova spoke on the topic. It was noted that the new edition, which is the 35th book in the Department of Linguistics in the last ten years, is of great value in terms of reflecting the successful activities of our linguists in Azerbaijani linguistics.
