Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The 3rd international conference dubbed "Dada Gorgud Turkic history, culture and literature" was organized by the Dada Gorgud Department of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, "Dada Gorgud" journal and the Turkish Institute of Economic Development and Social Research (IKSAD).

During the conference, director of the mentioned institution, academician Mukhtar Imanov spoke about the importance of the monument "Kitabi-Dada Gorgud", which has an exclusive place in the treasury of cultural heritage of the Azerbaijani people and has been an integral part of national-spiritual existence for centuries.

Speaking at the event, Ramazan Gafarli, Doctor of philological sciences, Professor, head of the conference, head of the Dada Gorgud Department of the Folklore Institute, editor-in-chief of the "Dada Gorgud" journal, expressed his gratitude to the academician Mukhtar Imanov and the head of the Turkish Institute for Economic Development and Social Research Mustafa Latif Emek for organizing the international sympisum.

Letter of Thanks has been presented to academician Mukhtar Imanov, Professor Ramazan Gafarli and the head of the Modern Azerbaijani Language Department of the Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi, Professor Ismayil Kazimov on behalf of IKSAD head Mustafa Latif Emek.
