The book dubbed "Introduction, selection of floribunda roses in Absheron and their biomorphological features" by Ophelia Gafarova, a senior researcher at the Floriculture Laboratory of the Central Botanical Garden of ANAS, Ph.D. in Biology,  has been published.

The book presents data from many years of research on the introduction, selection and biomorphological characteristics of the garden group of the floribunda of the genus Rosa L. under the conditions of Apsheron.

A collection gene pool of 131 varieties of floribunda roses has been created in the Central Botanical Garden, and their adaptive potential during the introduction period has been assessed.

The book, published in Russian, is intended for botanists, researchers, doctoral students, students and schoolchildren, and in general for all nature lovers.
