Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (FSA) held an online meeting to discuss the "Project for the Scientific Assessment of the Use of Veterinary Drugs in Livestock" and the election of a new Scientific Committee on Food Safety.

Scientific secretary of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences of ANAS, Ph.D. in Agrarian Sciences, Associate Professor Afig Mammadov, Acting Director of the Institute of Zoology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Elshad Ahmadov and Deputy Director for Science of the Institute of Genetic Resources, Ph.D. in Biology, Associate Professor Mehraj Abbasov.

In conclusion, new members were added to the Scientific Committee on Food Security, including Mehraj Abbasov, PhD in Biology.
