Post-conflict Territorial Rehabilitation Scientific Center was established at the Institute of Economics of ANAS in order to contribute to the systematic activities to be carried out in our country on the development of rehabilitation programs for the liberated territories.

The aim is to develop comprehensive programs for the restoration of the liberated territories in cooperation with relevant government agencies.

The head of the department of the Institute of Economics, corresponding member of ANAS Akif Musayev noted that work on this restoration plan was carried out long ago, even after the First Karabakh War. He said that in the forthcoming rehabilitation programs, Nagorno-Karabakh and Aran Karabakh will be considered as a single socio-economic space.
