Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

An online scientific symposium on "The search for peace in the Caucasus" was held at the Gori State Pedagogical University of Georgia.

The event was jointly organized by May 19 University of Turkey, Gori State Pedagogical University of Georgia and Samtskhe-Javakheti State University.

The symposium was attended by more than 35 scientists and researchers from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Poland and Russia.

The Scientific Committee of the conference included director of the Institute of Caucasus Studies, corresponding member of ANAS Musa Gasimli from Azerbaijan, professor of Kiev National University from Ukraine Farhad Turanli, professor of 19 May University of Turkey Nedim Ipek, professor of Polish National Memory Institute Pavel Libera and professor of Gori State Pedagogical University Otar Canalidze.
