Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The VIII International Online Scientific-Practical Conference on "Philosophy and Culture in the Information Society" was held in St. Petersburg, Russia.

The event was jointly organized by St. Petersburg State Aerospace Engineering University, St. Petersburg State Institute of Technology, Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the journal “İnformasiya cəmiyyətində fəlsəfə və humanitar elmlər”("Philosophy and Humanities in the Information Society").

The conference is dedicated to the study of the experience of studying the philosophical, sociological, psychological and political aspects of modern society.

The head of the department of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS, professor Sakit Huseynov, the leading researcher of that institution, PhD in philosophy Sholat Zeynalov, and the senior researcher, doctor of philosophy on philosophy Gunduz Suleymanov made reports at the event.
