The book "Personal archives and epistolary samples" by Ayten Guliyeva, senior researcher of the Department of Research of Private Archives of the Institute of Manuscripts of ANAS named after Mohammad Fuzuli, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology has been published.

The scientific editor of the publication is the head of the department of the institute, doctor of philological sciences Naila Samadova, the reviewers are the deputy director on scientific affairs, doctor of philological sciences Pasha Karimov and the scientific secretary, doctor of philological sciences, associate professor Azizaga Najafzadeh.

For the first time, the young scientist is involved in the study of letters in the personal archives of Rashid bey Efendiyev, Suleyman Sani Akhundov, Jafar Jabbarli, Gulam Mammadli, Salman Mumtaz and other prominent personalities. The literary epistolary heritage of Azerbaijani writers is studied with reference to specific examples preserved at the Institute of Manuscripts. The monograph discusses the place and role of literary epistolary heritage in the history of literature and public opinion.
