Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Anar Rustamov, Executive Director of the Institute of Physics of ANAS, Head of the Department of the National Center for Nuclear Research, Doctor of Physical Sciences, delivered a speech entitled “Fluctuations and Correlations” at the plenary session of the world's most prestigious “Quark Matter”conference in Wuhan, China. Published in the high-impact journal “Nuclear Physics” by “Elsevier”.

The article provides detailed information about the scientific research carried out in the world in the field of nuclear conflicts, explains the theoretical results proposed by the author and the experimental results.

It should be noted that the “Quark Matter”, held since 1979, is the world's most prestigious conference on nuclear conflicts.
