Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The report-election meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics (IGG) of ANAS was held.

The event was opened by Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, Corresponding Member of ANAS Dadash Huseynov, who acquainted the participants with the current issues.

Then the chairman of the council, doctor of philosophy in earth sciences, associate professor Orkhan Abbasov gave detailed information about the work carried out during his tenure. He explained the function, structure, activities of the council, etc. He gave detailed information on the issue, discussed and answered questions.

Then, in accordance with the agenda of the meeting, the issue of forming a new council was discussed.
