, who spoke about the reforms carried out in the fields of science, education and culture, environment, created with the aim of strengthening youth activities and improve scientific thinking.Then was given the information on the decree adopted in connection with establishment of Council of young scientists and specialists during a past on October 17,2013 of meeting of Presidium of ANAS.

According to the meeting agenda, by the way of voting chose candidates for created Council of young scientists and specialists.To a position of the chairman of the board consisting of 15 people, the deputy Director for scientific work Samir Pishnamazzada, vice-chairmen – scienctific worker of the Nizami Center -Aynur Mirishli, scienctific worker of Department of Archeology and ethnography Elnur Gasanov, scienctific worker of Laboratory of of biologically active compounds Ilakha Jafarova Secretary - Sarah Azizova was chosen.
