Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Institute of Literature named after Nizami held the meeting with the delegation headed by director of Confucius Institute of Baku State University (BSU) from China, Associate Professor Hu Fenghua.

The main purpose of the meeting was carrying out the discussions on an occasion of development of scientific cooperation between two countries.

At the event director of institute, Academician Isa Habibbeyli gave information to guests about the main activities of the research establishment leading by him. Academician Isa Habibbeyli also told about merits of the national leader in creation of communications between the Chinese Republic and our country.

Then the cooperation agreement in area of language and literature was signed. The agreement was signed by academician Isa Habibbeyli and director of Confucius Institute from China, associate professor Hu Fenghua.

This agreement includes ongoing cooperation in the field of scientific researches, promotion of the Azerbaijan culture in China, carrying out comparative analyses in literature of both countries and also carrying out of joint actions and organization of exchange of scientific publications.

During the event at the ANAS main building held the opening ceremony of Chinese Cultural Center.
