Fail Kazimov was defined the head of Scientific-analytic department of the Science and education office of the Presidium ANAS. Decision about was taken in an assembly of the Presidium on February 11, 2015.

By another decisions of the Presidium PhD in engineering Huseyn Huseynov has been defined deputy head of the same department, PhD in philosophy Vusal Zulfugarov the deputy head of Organizing of the scientific researches department of Science and education office.
