Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Representation in the Republic of Azerbaijan Institute invites a staff of ANAS with bachelor and higher degrees, up to 38 years old to participate at scholarship program organized by Korea University of Technology and Education Techno-Human School resource Development (KOREATECH) on February 10, 2014 - July 3, 2015.

“Global Techno-Human Resource Development” scholarship program can be attended by individuals having excellent level of English (TOEFL, IELTS certificates).

Candidates who wish to participate in the scholarship program until December 1, 2013, shall apply to the Office of International Relations of the ANAS Central Administration of the Presidium.
