At Mardakan arboretum of ANAS was held the Constituent Assembly of the Council of young scientists and Specialists.Members of the Academic Council and young employers of institute took part in the action.Meeting was opened by the Director of the Institute Corresponding member Tofig Mammadov.Giving information about the decree, adopted in connection with the establishment of the Council of young scientists and specialists during the past October 17, 2013 meeting of the Presidium of ANAS, T.Mamedov spoke about the aims and objectives of the Council created.According to the agenda for the meeting, by a vote of elected candidates were created Council of young scientists and specialists.According to the meeting agenda, by the way of voting chosen the candidates for created Council of Young Scientists and Specialists.To a position of the chairman of the Council consisting of 14 people, leading researcher “Ecology of Plants”, PhD in biology Zaman Mamedov, deputy chairman - senior researcher at the Laboratory of Dendrochronology Samir Bagirov, Secretary - Fahridakhanum Rustamova was elected.
