Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Institute of Geography held Managing staff’s civil defense course pursuant to Action Plan of civil defense for 2015 on “Management organization of civil defense forces during elimination of the emergency situations”.

Head quarter of Civil Defense Namazali Mustafayev spoke about emergency situations and control capabilities. Functions of managing staff, including implementation rules of the rescue and evacuation operations were informed as well.

Deputy Director for scientific affairs – chairman of Emergency Situations commission, corresponding member of ANAS Elbrus Alizadeh provided information on the Civil Defense Plan reality, checking management and warning system, improving the skills of the managing staff in case of emergencies.
