Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Department of Law and Human Resources of Presidium Administration hosted the seminar on May 6.

The event was held at ANAS Central Scientific Library.

Heads of HR Divisions of the institutes and organizations were attended the meeting.

The seminar opened by head of Department of Law and Human Resources of ANAS Presidium Administration, PhD in law Rasim Aghasiyev reported on  decision of the Presidium ANAS dated April 15 2015 and gave detailed information on the performance of other normative legal acts.

He told about observance of discipline rules of the employees of ANAS scientific institutions and organizations, rules allowing permittion to workers and employees during the working day and to work in other places as a pluralist should be scheduled according to the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

At the event was discussed the basics and rules of labor contracts, setbacks identified during the practical and methodological assistance in the scientific institutions of ANAS by Department of Law and Human Resources.

In closing, were discussed research results.
