Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On May 8, ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi celebrated national leader’s 92nd anniversary.

In advance, foyer of the museum exhibited national leader’s life and performance.

Delivering a lecture on “Heydar Aliyev’s role in development of Azerbaijan literature and culture”, chief department prof. Tofig Ismailov provided information on the national leader’s rich political experience and statehood performance. Being sparkle conveyer of statehood history of Azerbaijan, national leader achieved establishing of modern independent Azerbaijan. The strengthening of the army-building, stabilization of political situation in the country, acquisition of socio-economic achievements associates with the name of national leader, he noted.  

Making speech on done fulfillments for Azerbaijan science, literature and culture by Heydar Aliev, he drew attention to that, reforms founded by national leader successfully continue by President Ilham Aliyev.

Respectively cherishing national leader’s memory reporters highlighted his merits for homeland and Azerbaijan people.

Stressed out that, modern development of Azerbaijan is related to name of national leader.
