As for ANAS President, this form of largest elected assembly attaches great importance. In modern era, many countries of the world, various professional groups, social organizations, political parties have successfully used this meeting model in different social spheres as an effective technology impact. At a time while formation of knowledge society in the country, holding the Congress is an appropriate in terms of implementation of the strategic objectives, said scholar. ANAS President stressed out the importance of this Congress in terms of strengthen mutual relations via Azerbaijani scientists living in different countries of the world, provide organizing of Azerbaijanian scholars, ensuring coordination of activities of various scientific and innovative organizations, identifying priorities in the face of Azerbaijan science, determining the compliance of fundamental and applied research priorities in the country's socio-economic and socio-cultural problems.
