Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

As it is known, “Teknofest Azerbaijan” Aviation, Space and Technology festival is being held for the first time in Azerbaijan jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and with the general sponsorship of “Azercell Telecom” LLC.

Along with a number of other organizations, ANAS also presents technological solutions, products and innovations to its visitors.

Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Defence Industry Madat Guliyev and head of State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan colonel-general Elchin Guliyev visited the exhibition on the second day of the festival.

During the inspection of the pavilion of ANAS, state officials were informed in detail about the achievements of this organization and technological innovations demonstrated at the festival. It was noted that this local innovative products, which are the result of purposeful work and fundamental research carried out in various directions at ANAS for many years, meet modern technological requirements.

State representatives showed great interest in the microcomputer presented by the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS. General director of the Institute, academician Ali Abbasov gave detailed information about this project, which was developed to implement the functions of an adaptive control system for unmanned aerial vehicles for various purposes. He spoke about the capabilities of the “Shahin” drone, a joint project of the “Science and Technology Park” LLC, a resident of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS and the High Technology Park.

State officials highly appreciated the innovative solutions presented in the pavilion of ANAS.
