As a result of attention shown by ANAS president acad. Akif Alizadeh, members of Young Scientists and Specialists Council of the Institute of Dendrology held meeting with young researchers of Pamukkale University of Turkey.

Meeting aimed to enhance ties between both countries, carry out joint research works, conduct papers and publish on the top-rated journals.

Chairman of the Institute of Dendrology Young Scientists and Specialists Council, PhD in Biology Zaman Mammadov highlighted the significance of this meeting from view point of increasing youth’s activity in relations of both countries, and developing cordial links between Azerbaijan and Turkey. He also proposed for conducting joint video-conferences.

Afterwards, young scientist of Pamukkale University, PhD in Biology Mehmet Karaja stressed out the importance of the meeting, and stated that to be allowed for joint researches via azerbaijanian scientists.

In accordance agreement between Institute of Dendrology and University of Pamukkale mutual staff training will be held, as well as Botanical garden co-established by both parties at the university.
