Karabakh archaeological expedition of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography has announced initial results of carried out researches. According to the head of Karabakh archeological expedition PhD in History Khagani Almammadov, 4 farm dwellings, a child's body and 200 pieces of stone from a sling were discovered from house with 3.40 m in height, with a diameter of 5.4 m cube, located in ancient Ismayilbey tepe settlement, Armudlu village of Aghdam region. Architectural style of the houses is unique for the Caucasus archeology.
Note that, radiocarbon analysis of remains at Weizmann Research Institute in Rehovot city, Israel, proves that, top layers of the Ismayilbey tepe ancient settlement refer to BC 5700.
