Significant achievements in science and cooperation play an important role in the revolutionary discoveries. In this respect, links of the research institutions and organizations via prestigious international academic ventures are enhanced in the country.

Investigations are carried out at the Institute of Information Technology by foreign scientists, and are obtained important scientific results. Recently, the University of Malaya (Malaysia), and institute scientists’ article dedicated ways of improving the quality of abstract was published in the journal on the "Springer" publishing-house dubbed "Soft Computing. A fusion of Foundations, Methodologies and Applications".

Article entitled "Query-based multi-linguistic knowledge and content using word documents summarization expansion” was co-authored by Asad Abdi, Norisma Idris, Academician Rasim Aliguliyev and Dr. Engineering Ramiz Aliguliyev.

Article proposes abstracting method according to the query in order to withdrawn meaningful sentences from numerous documents. Method does not detect sentences with a high degree of proximity with the query, but different semantic meaning so it allows improving the quality of abstract. Method is carried out by the calculation of semantic and syntactic proximity between sentence and sentence, sentence and query. Experiments show that the proposed method gives the best results compared to other methods.
