ANAS Presidium held the Final meeting of the Commission of Experts set up in connection with the application of test technologies of the entrance examinations to doctoral studies and doctoral exams of ANAS 2015-2016. At the meeting were discussed the state of subject programs and test questions over this program developed.

Deputy Chairman of the Expert Committee, Head of the Department of Science and Education of the ANAS Presidium, Doctor of technical sciences Aminaga Sadikhov noted that, for the purpose of research and detailed analysis of the test questions, their transparency, full coverage of substantive programs and compliance with other requirements subject test programs and test banks, after previous meeting, members of the Commission have attracted the respective specialists to the institutions.

A.Sadikhov noted that, Commission's proposals should be summarized and presented to the Presidium of ANAS.

Then, members of the Commission stressed that, the subject programs and test questions were drawn up in accordance with the requirements. It also noted that in order to correcting deficiencies revealed during the verification of certain subject programs and test questions were given recommendations to the relevant institutions.

After extensive discussion of the proposal concerning the organization of examinations with providing of multi-variant, classifying them according to the degree of difficulty, included in each version of 50 questions, determining the duration of the exam - 2 hours and etc were summarized.

The prepared final conclusion of the Commission was put to the vote and adopted.

In conclusion was decided to submit the final opinion from the Commission to the Presidium of ANAS.
