It is known that, in connection with the execution of paragraph 3, order of ANAS President "Admission to doctoral and doctoral exams of ANAS based on testing technologies" in scientific institutions working groups were created.

In accordance with the requirements the workgroups prepared and submitted to the Academic Councils of substantive programs for admission to doctoral and doctoral exams for the doctoral program and test questions for relevant specialties.

After discussion in the Academic Council and scientific departments and adoptions of the relevant substantive program and test questions were submitted to the Department of Education and Science of the Presidium of ANAS.

After verification by Department of Science and Education the compliance of these programs and test questions, with the established technical requirements were presented for discussion by the Commission of Experts, created under decree of ANAS President on October 21, 2015.

This commission in detail analyzed substantive program and test questions and prepared the special conclusion.

According to the conclusion was considered appropriate to use the programs and test questions for admission to the doctoral studies and doctorate exams for the PhD program.

At the last meeting of ANAS Presidium on November 4, 2015 was approved substantive program admission to doctoral studies and doctoral exams for the PhD program and test questions on the relevant subject fields.

Noted that, it is necessary to inform Department of Science and Education of ANAS Presidium Administration on structure of examination boards, date, time and place of the exams.

Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS was entrusted to provide technical assistance to scientific institutions of ANAS for admission to doctoral studies and doctoral exams by test method.
