Reported, Academician-secretray of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technology, Acad. Rasim Alguliyev. Presidium of ANAS made a decision on “Monitoring of web-sites of the scientific ventures of ANAS” dated July 15, 2015. In order to carry out monitoring, “Requirments for establishing and managing web-sites of scientific ventures of ANAS” has been developed by Institute of Information Technology.

According to scientist, monitoring of the web-sites have been carried out in accordance the requirements for establishing and managing web-sites of scientific ventures of ANAS by specialists of the IIT. As a result of monitoring was known that, a number of works have been done in the direction of creating web-sites of scientific ventures of ANAS in latest years. "The majority of the web sites of scientific institutions and organizations are available. However, data providing of some of these web- sites are not stored actual, design and software do not meet modern requirements”, said R.Alguliyev and drew attention to the development of specific references to web sites. References reflect compliance of each website with the relevant requirements, and detected errors. 

In closing, Presidium of ANAS made several decisions on the topic. Heads of scientific ventures of ANAS was charged to realize events in the direction of actual maintenance, softaware and design meet with modern requirements. To create “Innovation” section on the web-sites and provide section with relevant data of scientific venture.

Implementation of the scientific and methodological guidance for the establishment of a web of infrastructure and operation of web -sites as part formed in Azerbaijan, protection of e-science as well as the organization of trainings for web-groups set up to organize a high-level activity of the web sites of scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS was entrusted to Institute of Information Technology.
