A scientific conference dedicated to the “Green World Solidarity Year” was held with the joint organization of the Division of Chemical Sciences of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry (ICIC) under the Ministry of Science and Education.
The event began with a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland.
Academician Dilgam Taghiyev, vice-president of ANAS and director general of ICIC opened the event with a welcoming speech. He emphasized that the conference was held in the light of the relevant order by President Ilham Aliyev on declaring 2024 the “Green World Solidarity Year”.
