Institute of Botany celebrated corresponding member of ANAS Ibrahim Safarov’s 100th jubilee
Institute of Botany has celebrated 100th anniversary of Ibrahim Safarov, one of the founders of Forestry science in ANAS Institute of Botany, chair of Wildlife Conservation Society, labor and war veteran, corresponding member of ANAS, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, and professor.
The event was opened by the academician-secretary of Department of Biological and Medical Sciences, acad. Ahliman Amiraslanov made speech on his glorious life, varied activities, great contributions to the development of the science of forestry.
