Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Under Presidium Administration of ANAS will be established Department of Copyrights and Patents. The decision was adopted at the last meeting of ANAS Presidium on January 27, 2016.

As Head of Department was appointed Sadig Nabiyev Bekir oglu. Also was approved Regulation of Department, into the structure includes staff positions.

Note that, department aims at regulation and development of activities of the Academy in the field of legal protection and usage of the results of scientific research carried out by scientific institutions, as well as preparation of scientific works, inventions, utility models and industrial designs and other intellectual property.
